I’ve used Jobs to be Done (JTBD) for a long time now as a framework for thinking through problems. It’s helped with marketing, messaging, product design, and sales. It’s a great tool that spans many disciplines.

Demand-Side Sales 101 takes a practical look at sales through the lens of JBTD by one of the originators of the idea. Though it’s sales-focused, I wouldn’t say it should be something just for people in sales.

This is good book worth your time. This will probably be a book I refer to a lot for years to come.
